Takes around 7-10 days for it to get into your system. Expect increased libido, better pumps, more aggression. May need to take 2 per day. Been using supplements for 10 years to avoid taking roids I use herbs as I want longevity. For a health based product that’ll increase free testosterone it does the job. Not the most powerful, but again, it’s a health product not a hardcore bodybuilding product. No side effects for me either so 5 stars.
