How to Use the Para Cleanse + Toxin Binder

Follow this simple 20-day plan. It’s written in clear steps so anyone can understand it. Always read the label and listen to your body.

1) Para Cleanse — 20-Day Protocol

Take Para Cleanse capsules with water, 30 minutes before food.

The dose changes over 5 phases:

Phase 1 – Introduction (Days 1–2)

Dosage: Take 1 capsule once per day, 30 minutes before your first meal.

Purpose: Gently introduces the herbs so your body can adjust and minimise detox reactions.

Phase 2 – Adjustment (Days 3–4)

Dosage: Take 2 capsules per day – 1 before breakfast and 1 before dinner.

Purpose: Slowly increases the dose and prepares your system for the full cleanse.

Phase 3 – Full Cleanse (Days 5–10)

Dosage: Take 3 capsules per day – 1 before breakfast, 1 before lunch and 1 before dinner.

Purpose: Keeps steady cleansing activity throughout the day for a deeper gut reset.

Phase 4 – Rest (Days 11–14)

Dosage: No Para Cleanse capsules during these days.

Purpose: Gives your body a short break to process and clear what has already been stirred up.

Phase 5 – Completion (Days 15–20)

Dosage: Go back to the full dose of 3 capsules per day – 1 before each meal.

Purpose: Completes the cleanse and helps make sure the gut has been thoroughly addressed.

If you ever feel the cleanse is “too strong” (headache, nausea, very tired), you can drop back to the previous phase for a few days or pause Para Cleanse and continue with water and the binder.

2) Toxin Binder — Daily Support (All 20 Days)

The binder’s job is to catch and hold toxins released during the cleanse so they can leave the body more easily.

When to take it:

Take the binder at least 2 hours away from food, medicines and other supplements.

Most people choose:

• Mid-morning or
  
• Before bed
  

How much to take:

Start with: 1 capsule once per day during the 20-day cleanse.

If you feel fine after 3–4 days, you can increase to 2 capsules once per day if you want more support.

Sensitive?

Stay at 1 capsule per day. You can also continue the binder on its own for extra days after Day 20 if helpful.

Very important:

• Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
  
• Aim for 1–2 comfortable bowel movements each day.
  
• If you feel “too much”, pause Para Cleanse for 1–2 days and continue with the binder and water, then restart at a lower phase.
